Role Overview
Jaber Property Management LLC is looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee advertising, leasing, and day-to-day management of a real estate portfolio in Dubai.
This is a management-focused role, not a commission-based sales position, suitable for professionals with strong operational real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise properties on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Manage the full leasing cycle: inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and contracts
- Coordinate tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs
- Oversee property maintenance, contractors, and third-party service providers
- Monitor occupancy rates, rental income, and portfolio performance
- Ensure compliance with Dubai tenancy laws and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits and property inspections
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate management
- Strong knowledge of local leasing laws and market practices
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial properties
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel for site visits and viewings
- Highly organized, responsive, and performance-oriented
